Chalgrin Boutique Hotel - Paris

The staff kindly waived fees and tried to make up for our uncomfortable stay due to the very small rooms, which felt gloomy for our dogs and luggage.

I liked the location, 7mns walking distance to the Champs-Elysees. Also, the street where the hotel is located is calm and nice.the room is a bit small but it is normal for Europe. The bed is very comfortable. I will surely stay in it on my next trip to Paris.

All members of staff I encountered made me feel welcome. Mon Hotel is a small, classy boutique hotel. I didn't make it to the spa but have promised myself a treatment next time! The rooms were light, airy, clean and modern and the shower was excellent as were the toiletries provided. The food I sampled was excellent.

The only downside was the cost of breakfast at EUR 19 which I felt was rather excessive given that I only wanted a couple of croissants and a coffee.

Recommend for a getaway

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with a nice big bed and all toiletries provided, making for a great base to explore the city with easy access to the nearby metro station for seamless transportation to various attractions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location excellent just 2 minutes walk from Arc de Triumphe.

The room was small, but I guess that is expected in cities like Paris.

The room was nice looking and themed with a minibar, central heating and an electronic key card.

Easy check-in, parking nearby. A huge variety of products for an astonishing breakfast. Professional staff with smiles.

Fairly clean, fabulous hotel built in a chic style. Well-designed and reasonably large unit with photos of american icons. Quiet atmosphere and lovely decor. Very good service from the amicable, efficient staff members. Really nice stay, and 5 minutes' stroll from the metro.

They charged us for the coffee in the room without informing us in advance.

For the price and positioning the rooms were tiny ! Adequate for a single person but if you are with two then you will frequently trip over each other. (I stayed in the premium room and dread to think the size of the executive although in pictures the executive does look a bit more comfortable). The design of the hotel is commendable but not super fantastic however it must be said that the staff at the hotel is possible the best you will find even by international standards (in other more hospitality oriented countries and definitely over and above Paris standards). I would like to stay again but only for the staff hospitality. Most likely I will seek other similar hotels to see if I get a bit more value for money.

We appreciated the fantastic access to transportation, great to effortlessly explore the nearby attractions like the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. The staff went the extra mile by providing us with valuable dining recommendations. We appreciated spending quality time with my father during our trip.

In my wife's opinion, the rooms could benefit from a bit more space for families. It would be great if they offered larger family suites for those traveling with kids.

hotel staff were very kind, room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable, location is good, on a silent street, 5 min.walk to metro station and 7 min.walk to champs elysee, 7-10 min.walk to airport shuttle stop.

Good location!

The facilities are deterioring. The safe box in my room did not work. The bathroom door knob in my kid's room was falling apart. On the last day, their room door did not work, due to the electronic problem!
